Grace is growing up so fast! I'm amazed by her discoveries and in love with watching her grow into a happy, curious toddler. I decided to add a growth chart to her play area and found the cutest one with vintage-like animals at Target. It's the peel-n-stick kind so she can't tear it down! I installed it one night and the next morning, Grace was super excited to check out the new addition to her play area. She loves to point at the "G" on top and says "jee, jee". We've been learning about animals. Grace loves to point to them in her books. I think her favorite is the monkey. When you ask her, "What sound does the monkey make?", she replies, "ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh" with the cutest little pouty lips. Here she is pointing to the giraffe. She's getting harder to photograph these days since for her, standing still for a picture = BORING!
She's recently learned to point to her belly button and now loves to find other people's belly buttons, as well!! And she recently learned to say her name! She gets this sweet smile on her face and says, "greeysss". It's so funny to hear her say it in her little high pitch voice!
