Grace likes saying "bow"...hmmm, could it be because her obsessed-with-all-things-girlie mama has been putting bows in her hair since they had to be added to a bowband??? Here's proof: So when I walked into her room and saw her like this, I couldn't help but giggle. She was so serious pondering all the choices! She gets so excited to pick out bows and play with them. Now, if I can figure out how to get her to not pull them out of her hair! She loves to pull them out when she's riding in the car. I can always tell because she gets reeeeaaaaally quiet and then when she sees me looking at her in the mirror, she says "bow, no-no" and smiles - that little stinker!!!! She's so cute when she does it too!
I've noticed she likes to study things and look at them from every angle. Here she is looking at her growth chart as if to say, "Have I grown lately?" Grace loves holding on to little things. Sometimes she'll have both hands full of little toys and will still be trying to grab others! She was super excited with this little wooden cake complete with candles (and yes, the choking-hazard-for-those-under-three candles are now safely tucked away :)
I love to hear her say "cake" and "soup" - a new word, except it sounds like this, "sshoop" - so cute! Grace, I love you like crazycakes!!! ~Mama
That IS a lot of bows! I would want to play with them too. :)
ReplyDeleteWhere did you find her growth chart? I think it's adorbale!

Hi, Angel!
ReplyDeleteThe growth chart is the peel-n-stick kind and I got it at Target for like $10-$15. The animals on it remind me of the images from old vintage books!
