on the hunt

Even though the wind was CHILLY (what's with this crazy weather??) Grace had a blast at her first easter egg hunt of the season this past weekend. After taking her for some cute bunny pictures on Saturday, we braved the cold and took her to the Jr. League's annual Egg Hunt. Although we were freezing, the weather didn't bother her one bit, she was OFF on the hunt!

I found my first one! Here's another one! I'm not sure I want to put this in my basket...I kind of want to eat it right now Okay, that works much better Daddy - you hold it for me and I'll put my treats in fast! Taking a little break to assess my loot! I don't see a PINK egg in there :( We must keep going! And although she didn't find a pink one (next time, pumpkin, next time!) she was happy to end our morning adventure with a pink sprinkled-covered egg-shaped cookie! Yum!
