tru blood party {segi's birthday}

Saturday night, my friend Bridgette hosted a Tru Blood birthday bash for our friend Segi. She really went all out setting up a fun tablescape for the occasion... The birthday girl and the hostess with the mostess...Segi & James Saturday was a super busy day...rushed around all day from one thing to the next...sure wish I would have had time to get party ready, but oh well, at least Lance and I made it there on time. "Bitten" cupcakes Bloody stakes Pierced hearts Not sure if these had a fun name, but they sure were yummy! Egg rolls with an asian zing dipping sauce...ditto for the mini meat pies and spicy wings.More fun treats...Mixologist at work...Cake time!I don't watch Tru Blood so I don't know much about it but I'm guessing the cake phrase is fitting the theme???...a yummy red velvet & cream cheese confection.My BFF Jammie and her beau Xavier were in town for a country music concert and I thought she looked so cute so I made them pose for a picture ;)A fun date night for Lance & I...that is until we got in our SUV to go home and it wouldn't crank...dead battery. Fun times!
