Daddy-Daughter Dance!

My heart flutters every time I think of this sweet moment in time!! On Sunday, Lance and Grace went on their first Daddy-Daughter Dance. We shopped for this dress "pink...I really want it to be pink"...and "grown-up girly shoes"...and "a hair flower, not a bow". Oh my!
I even let her borrow one of my strands of pearls. She was over the moon excited about that!  There was even a tiny little corsage!!
And LOTS of pictures!! Phone pics so they could be sent out to the grandmas right away...
And big camera pics so we could remember this sweet moment down the road...
This was my favorite pic. I'm sure it'll make an appearance at her wedding someday...
Her BFF Savannah also went to the dance with her daddy and when Grace and Savannah saw each other, you would have thought they hadn't seen each other in years! Girly squeals and "sassy" poses, I tell ya!
I told Lance to send me pics from the dance and even though I didn't get them until they were back home {hahahaha - men!}, I absolutely LOVE this one! You could tell they were having a blast!!
Looooove!
And then there is this one photo. Oh, heavens! If this is any indication of what we are in for, we are IN TROUBLE!!!
What a fun day!!  Sweet, sweet memories - made my mama heart swell with love even more than usual!
